Matthews International Increases Quarterly Dividend
PITTSBURGH, Pa., Nov. 16, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Matthews International Corporation (NASDAQ GSM:MATW) announced that its Board of Directors declared, at its regularly scheduled meeting today, a dividend of $0.19 per share on the Company’s common stock for the quarter ended September 30, 2017, representing an increase of 11.8% in the Company’s dividend rate.
Mr. Bartolacci, President and Chief Executive Officer, stated: “The Company’s cash flow generation continues to grow, which supports our long-term strategies. This dividend increase is a reflection of our continued confidence in our growth objectives. This represents our 23rd consecutive annual dividend increase since becoming a publicly-traded company.”
The dividend is payable December 11, 2017 to stockholders of record November 27, 2017.
